Information used for comments

Firebase Authentication, a Google service, handles sign-in. The website receives your Google display name, verified email address and a Firebase user identifier. We save your Google name, verified email, Firebase user identifier, first registration date and latest Google sign-in date recorded by this website in a private reader directory. Only the site owner can view this directory, for account management. Your email is also used to check owner access. It is not displayed publicly. Google sign-in does not collect your mobile number or date of birth, and signing in does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We store the user identifier, display name, comment, article, posting time, moderation status and any owner reply.

What other readers can see

Published comments display your Google name, comment, posting date and any owner reply. Comments may be deleted by their author or the site owner.

Storage and removal

Reader profiles and comments are stored in the website’s hosted database until you withdraw a pending comment or the owner removes it. To request removal of a comment or your account records, request a callback through the website form and select “Other assistance”. Explain your removal request when contacted. There is no service fee for a privacy request. Do not share passwords or identity documents.

Service enquiries

When you request paid assistance, we store your name, email address, phone number, selected service, contact consent and submission time in the website’s private database. Only the site owner can view or export these details to respond to your enquiry. This does not subscribe you to newsletters. Do not include passwords, OTPs or tax documents in this form. To request deletion of your enquiry, use the website form under “Other assistance” to request a callback. Privacy requests are free.

Email subscriptions and calculators

When you subscribe, we store your email address, signup time and subscription status. The owner can export this list for the updates you requested. To request unsubscription, use the website form under “Other assistance” to request a callback. Privacy requests are free. The free checklist becomes available after a successful email signup. Your browser remembers subscription preferences locally. Calculator figures remain in the current tab and are not saved or submitted to the website.

Sign-in and service providers

Firebase uses browser session storage to maintain sign-in in this browser session. You can use Sign out at any time. The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, which provides hosting and traffic analytics. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. Google Analytics has not been added to this website.

Comment guidelines

Keep comments relevant and respectful. Do not include PAN, Aadhaar, passwords, OTPs, bank details or confidential client information. Comments appear publicly immediately and may be removed by the owner. A comment or reply is educational discussion, not a substitute for advice based on your documents and circumstances.
